I received my coffin today as expected from Microsoft.  The coffin came with great instructions that detailed how to ship my bricked Xbox 360.  I removed the hard drive and the front face piece.  I wrote on a least 3 sides of the box my reference number and I taped to the console in two spot my name, address and reference number.  The packaging appeared to be sufficient and it came with the 3 day shipping free for UPS.  I was sure to write down my tracking number for easy reference and I then hurried to the UPS store to send it on its way.

So far day 8 is running as expected although I was hoping that the coffin would have arrived a little earlier.  I will let you all know about all the updates.
